Track Your Order

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) of your package(s). You can track your order and review your order details on the thecraftsupply.com My Account page. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at the checkout, based on item’s weight, dimensions, destination zip code and other characteristics. Please note that the date provided is an estimate, and you are not guaranteed delivery on this date.  Due to the developing situation with world-wide material shortages and supply chain disruptions, Craft Supply may declare Force Majeure. This may result with extended delivery delays, or cancellation, of your order. We do appreciate your understanding of these situations which are out of our control. Many carriers continue to experience extended delays within their delivery network. Information displayed on the carrier websites may not reflect actual status of your delivery. Also our shipping providers do not guarantee Next Day delivery.

Estimate Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at the checkout process, based on item’s weight, dimensions, destination, zip code and other characteristics. Shipping cost is not refundable.

Expedited Orders

Orders placed for in-stock items with expedited shipping are processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 12.00 pm EST. Orders placed after noon EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Freight Shipments

Orders over 150 lbs. are usually shipped via freight carrier. When a freight order is delivered, please be sure to inspect your freight package using the guidelines below before accepting the delivery.

International Orders

Currently we do not ship to locations outside of the United States.

Inventory and Lead Times

Inventory and lead time messages are updated weekly. If your order contains both in stock and out of stock items, those available will ship first. When the remainder of the order comes in, it will ship separately. This does not affect shipping costs.

30 Day Return Policy

You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The craftsypply will provide you with instructions for return process. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it takes 7 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Handling Charges for Returns

Buyer is subject to a handling charge of no less than twenty dollars ($20.00) and no more than twenty percent (20%) of the sales price of the returned goods. Defective goods returned by Buyer to Seller, as verified by inspection, are not subject to a return handling charge. 30 to 60 days after original invoice date will be credited 30% restock fee or $30 (whichever is greater) exception customer places, a new order of equivalent or greater value and the returned product is in original packaging and re-sellable condition, the restocking fee will be reduced by 50%. 60 to 90 days after original invoice date will be credited 40% restock fee or $40 (whichever is greater) exception customer places a new order of equivalent or greater value and the returned product is in original packaging and re-sellable condition, the restocking fee will be reduced by 50%.

Items that Can’t be Returned

In accordance with federal and state guidelines and for the safety of our consumers, suppliers and carriers, some products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please see below for information on product categories where these restrictions may apply.

  • Items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • No returns on discontinued item
  • “On Sale” items (final sale).
  • No returns on discontinued items (Items with limited quantities availability, no longer available items)

Cancelled Orders

An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Products

Seller is not liable for any damages to goods sustained during shipment. Buyer is responsible for filing any damage claims with freight carriers and is subject to the rules of the freight carriers regarding the timing and processing of claims. IN NO EVENT WILL SELLER BE LIABLE TO BUYER FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, COSTS OF DELAY, ANY FAILURE OF DELIVERY, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COSTS OF LOST OR DAMAGED DATA OR DOCUMENTATION, OR LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES, ARISING FROM ANY SOURCE, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  THIS LIMITATION UPON DAMAGES AND CLAIMS IS INTENDED TO APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN BREACHED OR HAVE PROVEN INEFFECTIVE.  If you have damaged or missing items, contact Craftsupply within 5 business days of receipt. We may request pictures that help show the damages.

Freight Packages — Please Inspect Upon Delivery

Please inspect all freight packages carefully before signing for them. If a package looks damaged in any way as a result of the shipping process, please do not sign for it. Refuse delivery and contact within 48 hours a thecraftsupply.com customer service representative immediately with a description of the damage. We will contact the freight company and begin a claim so that we can send a new product. If you are unsure whether the shipment looks damaged or not, please inspect it further and open it in front of the driver before signing that it has been received.

Ordered the Wrong Products

If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You can also call or email our Customer Service to set up the return for you. The products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
